The last date to apply for IGNOU Admission 2025 is 31 January 2025 for all Online and ODL level courses.

IGNOU Re-registration 2025: Also, the University has started the re-registration for the January 2025 academic session, those students who completed their first or second year can enroll themself for next year by visiting the official portal @onlinerr ignou ac in, IGNOU re-registration 2025 last date is 31 January 2025.
IGNOU re-registration started for all online and ODL level UG, PG programs under the January 2025 academic session. IGNOU re-registration fee is same as your last year fees. For example IGNOU BAG fee is INR 4,600 in first year. So the IGNOU 2nd year fee for BAG course is INR 4,600.

How to Apply for IGNOU Admission 2025 January Session
- Students need to visit the official portal of the university portal https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in to start the IGNOU NEW Admission 2025.
- Click on the new registration to start the IGNOU admission process. Candidates, please keep in mind that DEB ID is mandatory for submission of application.
- Now enter all the required details that ask to be filled out by the IGNOU on their portal to create their Credentials.
- Now log in with your credentials, select your interested course, and upload all the required documents such as (Passport Photograph, Qualification Certificates, Signature) and more.

How to create DEB ID IGNOU?
As per the official of the (UGC) University Grants Commission, DEB ID is to be mandatorily created by a candidates who wishes to enrol in an Online and ODL programme. So, for admission in any Online and ODL course that offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University, DEB ID creation is mandatory. Keep in mind that DEB ID is a Unique number, and can create it only once.
- Create an ABC ID for IGNOU Admission: Visit the DigiLocker website (https://www.digilocker.gov.in/), sign up or log in, and create an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID using your Aadhaar-linked phone number.
- Now go to the DEB Portal to create the DEB ID IGNOU (https://deb.ugc.ac.in/).
- Now enter your ABC ID click on the “Student DEB ID” link and enter your ABC ID.
- Fill in Details: Provide the required information (if not pre-filled automatically).
- Submit the Form: Complete and submit the form to generate your DEB ID.
